  • Booking March - September (Reserve in advance)

  • Minimum 2 Hour Rental

  • Make sure enough parking space for 25’ Pop-up trailer

  • No Substitutions on Services - Thai Energy Bodywork & Gongfu Tea Only

  • Reserving Private Party - Minimum 1 Member & 3 Guests for 2 Hours @ Suggested $390 Price - $1 per mile outside Yamhill County

  • Reserving for Non-Profit Community Outreach Events: Request our services as soon as you have the date for your event so we have plenty of time to plan and advertise for you! Suggested $390 - Price can be on Sliding Scale to fit your budget

Looking For a Place to Party???

We are here to Hold space for our Members and their guests. So that means, you can join our Rental Membership to host your own party for your guests! Rent the Fellowship Hall, The Conference Room, The Apothic Teahouse or The Whole Building for your party! Contract signing included to protect our assets. B.E.S.T. Nonprofit will suggest a rental price, but ultimately you pick your price for the space. (Time slots may be adjusted, depending on donation amount)

  • Birthday Party (Ages 0-115 Happy Birthday!)

  • Quinceaneras (Party Hall for Band/DJ, Kitchen & cafeteria, bathrooms, teahouse for Mariachi Band, 40 Parking spots - whole building rent out)

  • Baby Shower (Rent the Conference Room space with kitchen and bathroom for your baby shower, or get fancy with your own Tea Sommelier in the teahouse for your baby shower!)

  • Bridal Shower (Rent the Conference Room space with kitchen and bathroom for your bridal shower, or get fancy with your own Tea Sommelier in the teahouse for your bridal shower!)

  • Bachelor/ette Party (Rent one room or the whole building for both parties)

  • Elopement or Wedding (Whole Building Rent out, Minister available to Marry, Tea Sommelier for Cocktail Hour)

  • Celebration of Life (Whatever you need, we’re here for you! Under 30 Guest in Conference Room, ~70 Guests in the Fellowship Hall, ~150 Guests Outdoors)
