Breathe Easy Care-A-Van started delivering massage and tea to wonderful guests at wineries, church functions and festivals since 2019

Our whole family was able to enjoy the fun! Great Memories that weekend!
Past, Present, Future
We relaxed clients at Chris James Cellars, Arcane Cellars and Youngberg Hill before the end of the season. We closed up shop for the winter and were all geared up to have another great year, once the busy season started. 2020 has been a crazy year for the whole world! Events and festivals were cancelled for the year! But that’s okay, the first years experiences and second years break, has given us the time to fine tune our operations. People keep saying we need to adjust to the “new normal.” What will that look like for this business and the experiences we offer?
Non-Profit Organization Reach out Program
We love offering our services to other Non-profits like ourselves! We have spent years, making connections with the cancer survives and caregivers at Relay For Life! Every year is more magical than the last! We can’t wait to get out there and relax you again as you walk for hours on end, never giving up! We had also participated in wonder events out at churches for their congregation! We love serving the community and donating our time for a greater cause! Pricing
2 Hour Minimum
$150/2hr Reservation Setup/Tea Time/Breakdown Fee + $30 per 15 min increment massage + Mileage out of Town $1/mile both ways
Group of 4 - 30 Minute Thai Massages Each (fully clothed) = $120/hr ($240/2hr minimum)
Group of 8 - 15 Minute Thai Massages Each (fully clothes) = $120/hr ($240/2hr minimum)
At time of booking - Non-refundable Deposit $150 (credit towards total)
Total Group experience paid in full by day of event suggested price of $390 for 2 hour minimum (not including gratuity or mileage outside of McMinnville ) Non-Profits - Let us know what your budget is.
Less Commercial and More Personal
Inquiring Wineries - We loved being in public spaces, serving up some tea and massage after guests had been wine tasting. A great decision for those who needed that extra time for clarity before getting behind the wheel. We would love to continue doing that in the future but on a smaller, more personal scale, like private parties at wineries so we can stay Covid-Clean and control the flow. Private Party House Calls - Have a group of besties that need a day to rejuvenate? Thai Energy Bodywork sessions are flowing one on one in the camper, relax with your friends while drinking Gongfu Style tea with our Tea Sommelier. Make sure there is enough room for our Pop-up Mobile Wellness Center and make this event unforgettable for your guests! Great for Birthdays, Ladies Night In, Double Date Night! Just imagine the look on everyone’s face when they pull up to your house for a night of pampering, laughter and great sober fun! (If you’re providing alcohol during this event, we are not liable for any mishaps, because we are in wine country and totally understand that most parties are not always 100% sober parties.) Looking for a Local Destination Wedding Venue?
During 2020, we were able to host a Camp out Wedding at a local property. The property owner has decided this would be an amazing part of our community and would love to host in the future! As long as we treat the land and neighbors with honor and respect. We have been gifted 50 acres with 13 campsites, the different venue areas; the barn, field or main camp depending on the size of the party. Our DJ, Barry Ford is apart of our community and comes with the venue pricing. As long as we give back to the land, it will continue providing for us, so there will be a land donation apart of pricing too. Lets grow our community together with family and friends to have memories of your unique wedding experience!
Three Options to reserve for Your Special Day!
Option 1:
Reserve Two Days
Friday afternoon for Setup & Rehearsal done by 8pm
No Camping
Saturday is the beautiful Afternoon Wedding
Saturday Night Cleaned up and headed out by 9pm - Leaving the land clean more beautiful than when you got here
Option 2:
Reserve Three Days, One Night
(Recommending to Locals, Friday 12pm to Sunday 12pm)
Friday afternoon for Setup & Rehearsal Done by 8pm - This gives your wedding party time to get familiar with the venue and setup their tents in their campsites for Saturday nights camp out after the wedding so everyone can focus on the wedding Saturday morning/afternoon
No Camping - (Friday Night)
Saturday is the beautiful Wedding - Party all day with your family and friends on your special day. Your guests will have the opportunity to spend as much time as they want with you!
Saturday Night Camp out - At the end of the night, just your closest friends and family will be celebrating with you around the campfire. You’ll be able to retreat to your tent as Husband & Wife whenever you’d like!
Sunday Morning - Clean up & head out by 1pm - leaving the land more beautiful than when you got here
Option 3:
Reserve Three Days, Two Nights
(Recommending to Couples that want to take advantage of the whole weekend with their Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties after the Rehearsal Friday Night)
Friday afternoon for Setup, Rehearsal & Party Time begins! - This gives your wedding party time to get familiar with the venue and setup their tents in their campsites for the whole wedding camp out weekend! How much fun would it be to have your bachelor/ette parties around the campfire and wake up the next day to marry the person of your dreams?!
Friday Night Camp out - (Friday Night campers remember to drink plenty of water while you enjoy the “last night of freedom” before The Big Day!) Noise curfew is 11pm, which is wonderful to set the mood for a relaxing night. But you’re probably going to be too excited to sleep!
Saturday is the beautiful Wedding - Party all day with your family and friends on your special day. Your guests will have the opportunity to spend as much time as they want with you!
Saturday Night Camp out - At the end of the night, just your closest friends and family will be celebrating with you around the campfire. You’ll be able to retreat to your tent as Husband & Wife whenever you’d like!

Expectations
Disclaimer Disclosure: It’s very important that you respect this land. Here are a few expectations we have while you’re on property:
*Provide your own Porta-Potty for your guests during your event
*Hosts Ben and De Lisa will be onsite all weekend long for all your needs and questions, plus provide you with your exclusive massage and tea services during your stay
*Do not leave camp fires unattended
*All cigarette butts put out in fire pits or designated smoking areas containers (extremely important)
*Please no running or jumping on the bridge
*Avoid allowing guests to use Zip Lines if they’re up in the trees. (Property of Owner - don’t have permission to use)
*All garbage must be removed at the end of your experience
